In the story adaptation True Stalker for “Call of Pripyat” players can fine-tune their weapons with numerous customizations. However, it won’t be easy to find them at first. In this guide we will tell you where you can find and buy modules in the game.
How to install sights, silencers and other attachments on guns
To install body kits, you must first upgrade the weapon. This is done by a technician in the village, but for in-depth adjustments you will have to find tools: for the coarse work, the fine work and for calibration. We will tell you more about where you can find them in a separate guide.
If certain modifications are installed on the weapon, you can attach sights, silencers, grenade launchers and other modules to it. For example, when completing the story mission ‘Lair of Mutants’ you will receive an AKS-74U with a scope rail already installed. All that remains is to find the landmark itself.
How to find the first sight in True Stalker
To do this, players must complete the simple “Best Offer” quest. You just need to go to the village, pay 1000 rubles for a can of gasoline and take it to the stalker waiting at the crossing to the dump.
Where can you buy sights, silencers and other modules
Initially you will have to go through the game almost without modules, so complete all the story missions before heading to the Dump. Once you are in this location, run to the depot and go to the second floor – a smuggler named Vitka Stepak will be waiting for you here.
However, at this point the range will be small: cartridges and grenades. To expand the selection of goods, it is enough to place one order for weapons or armor. After some time, go back to the merchant and buy the modules you are interested in.
