How to find all the keys and open locked houses in The Cycle: Frontier

What are keys for and how do you find them?

In the available locations, players can find keys of different colors. They are needed to unlock rooms that contain valuable loot. On the floor plan are several buildings and rooms, to which access is opened with the corresponding key. Usually, due to the difficulty of finding opening items, all the supplies in such secret locations are almost always untouched. In the game, all keys are divided into four types:

1. General (white).
2. Unusual (green).
3. Rare (blue).
4. Epic (purple).
5. Epic underground (pink).

In locked rooms, you’ll find armor, grenades, meds, ammunition, cannon modules, and weapons (from normal to epic). After finding such an item, we recommend that you immediately put it in the pouch (Safe Pockets) as the keys have almost no weight.

In this case, the hero can go on the next adventure even without equipment. It is enough to find the key and run to the right door to open the secret rooms. The following sections show the exact location of the doors. To get the key from them you have to go to this location and search all the coats, boxes and safes around the locked passage. As a hint, players can use the interactive map, which we described in a separate article.

Where to find keys and doors in Bright Sands

On the Bright Sands map, the developers have hidden eleven keys. They are all in locations next to closed doors.

Below are the details of their location:

1. Mine key (pink). The door is hidden underground in an Abandoned Mine in the far north of the map.
2. Mine key (white). Another point is slightly south of the previous one. The item opens the second chamber of the mine.
3. Weapon key (blue). The door is on the west in the Jungle Camp. You need to find a large living container.
4. The key is in the excavations (pink). The secret area is further south between the Dig Site and the parking lot in the central northern part of the map.
5. Key under the waterfall (pink). Another door is in the underground location below the waterfall.
6. Key to the high house (white). The secret room is located on top of the mountain between the East Caverns and Woodcutter Camp.
7. East Dungeon Key (pink). The passage is underground at Collection Point East.
8. Server access key (green). The door is in the Comms Tower to the west of the map.
9. Server storage key (blue). The locked room is located in the central part of the base camp site.
10. Lookout room key (green). The passage is located in the vaccine lab in the eastern central part of the map.
11. The key is with the skeleton (blue). This point is near the Swamp Camp (Swamp Camp) a little south of the Huge Bones.

Where to find keys and doors in Crescent Falls

On the Crescent Falls map, the developers have hidden seven keys. They are all in locations next to closed doors.

Below are the details of their location:

1. Lab key (purple). The door is on the northeast in the Pinnacle Labs area.
2. Door key (white). Opens three doors at once in the Starport Admin area.
3. Boss’s office key (purple). The closed passage is located in the same central space as the previous room.
4. Bar key (purple). The restricted area is in the center of the map in the Green’s Prospect location.
5. Garage key (blue). The secret room is located in the central part near the previous door in the eastern part of the Green Area.
6. Supervisor’s office key (green). The locked room is in the southeastern part of the map in the “Nutron Farms Production” (Nutrition Forms Processing) location.
7. House key (white). The door is in the most southwestern part of the area. At the location “Slums” (Favela) it is necessary to find a detached residential container.
