As part of the Fortnite Festival, players received LEGO mode for free Fortnite, in which you can create your own settlement in the style of legendary figures. The developers send you to a randomly generated world in which you have to mine many resources, the location of which is unknown except for the name. In this guide we will tell you where you can find roots and marble, which are necessary for the further development of the settlement.

Where to find carrot
Kornevyaz – a tree on the second level, which is located in the caves of the first biome. Visually, they look like roots growing out of the cave walls. To get it you need green “forest axe”which can be made on workbench on the second level.
Where can you find marble?
Marble – a stone of the second level, which is also located in the cave. To extract it you need second level pickaxe. You can craft it on an upgraded workbench, but first you need to mine and process it carrot picker. Visually, marble resembles the white deposits usually found on the ceilings and walls of caves. So bring extra wood to make a staircase.
Further development will follow the same pattern:
- First you upgrade the workbench;
- Then you collect a tree of a new level;
- Then you mine a new stone.
How do you find the entrance to the cave?
Since the world is randomly generated, the cave entrance must follow a template. That’s right: all the caves look the same, but they can be very easy to miss when exploring the area. The entrance is marked on the map, so if there doesn’t seem to be anything nearby, just explore the world that opens by clicking “M”.

Climb higher over the terrain and look around. Or build a staircase, which you can select on the Construction tab “Q”by selecting a section “Stairs”. After inspection, you can destroy the building and return all the wood you spent.

The entrance to the cave is a semicircle of stones, which clearly stands out from the general image of the area. Many caves have more than one entrance, so there is no point in visiting every point. Explore them as necessary to collect the necessary resources.
