Valve has updated Steam user hardware and software data and compared it with April figures.
The most popular operating system remains Windows 10 (64-bit). In second place came Windows 11 (64-bit). Over the month, the number of users of these operating systems increased by 0.37% and 0.34% respectively.
The most popular video card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060. It is used by 6.98% of users. During the month, this figure increased by 0.04%.
Also, most players on Steam use 16 GB RAM (51.41%), 4-core processor (33.03%), 8 GB VRAM (25.28%) and a resolution of 1920×1080 (67.32%). Oculus Quest 2 remains the most popular VR headset (47.99%).
