How to get the Mace Blood of Lathander in Baldur’s Gate 3 – how to get to the Rosimorn Monastery and solve the puzzle

The Blood of Lathander is a great weapon, especially in the early stages of the game. You will have to infiltrate the Rosicorn Monastery and solve a simple puzzle there. You can reach this location right after the end of the first act.

Opening the central door of the monastery from the beginning will not work. Go right around the building and enter through the broken window.

Go through the room, exit through the back and jump onto the rocks. Go to the small pool and break the boarded up door next to it.

Turn left.

You must solve a puzzle using four ceremonial items. The sword is already there, it remains to find a war hammer, club and ax.

We marked the location of the items on the map. The numbers indicate the order in which we will move.

Go out through the broken glass and move forward. You see a damaged stained glass window. Enter the room behind him.

There you will see the Guardian. Kill him immediately or pick him up first ceremonial battle axe.

Go south through the hallway, then turn east (right). Climb up the vines.

Head east until you see giant eagles. If you have a skill responsible for talking to animals, or if you have the right potion, you can get past the birds. Otherwise you have to kill them. In any case, you need to go to their nest and take ceremonial war hammer.

Climb along the same roots where you just climbed. Then go east. You have to climb the ledge.

Search the muddy hill. There lies rusty macewhich you also need.

Note that you can collect mission items in any order. When you have all the ceremonial weapons, go back to where the puzzle is located.

Ceremonial weapons must be placed in certain places:

If you did everything right, a secret passage will open in the northern corner of the room. There is coat of arms of the master of the dawn – you will need it later.

Go north. You must enter the Inquisitor’s chambers.

In the western part of the room, examine the two statues.

The left one doesn’t rotate – you have to use lube on it from a bottle or as a spell. Then you need to rotate the shapes in a certain way:

Then a secret passage opens. Go down the stairs. To destroy the barrier on the right, hit the energy source, which is slightly to the left.

Continue. To disable the next trap, you need 14 points of Dexterity or the Sleight of Hand ability.

Go around the next barrier through the corridor on the left. There you need to destroy the source of energy and knock out another trap.

Then head north and attack the last well.

In the next room, you need to insert the Dawn Master’s emblem into the pedestal.

After that, you will receive the blood of the Lathander mace.
