Portal IGN has published 30 minutes of gameplay Loopmancer is an Asian themed cyberpunk action game. The game tells the intricate story of a detective named Xiang Zixu: the hero dies while investigating the death of a famous journalist, but wakes up in an instant in his apartment. Colleagues from the bureau entrust him with a new case: the disappearance of the same journalist. There doesn’t seem to be a time loop here.
The video showed the passage of various missions and “peaceful” episodes, where the hero just wanders around the apartment and strokes the cat. Most often, the detective prefers close combat, but do not forget about pistols, rifles and grenades. In total, the arsenal includes more than 100 types of weapons.
Loopmancer has elements of “roguelight”, so after each death the locations change a bit. According to the developers, every decision made affects the fate of some characters and the ending.
