Before we start describing the location of all collectibles, we want to clarify one point. To gain achievements, you must collect all audio recordings and personal files within one playthrough. If you have completed the chapter and have not found at least one personal file or audio recording, you will no longer receive the achievement.
This is because players cannot make multiple saves in separate slots. Moreover, you are also not entitled to download a single chapter even after completing the game. All progress is only relevant at the time of the current chapter.
Please note that the number of personal files and audio recordings is indicated in a separate menu section at the beginning of each chapter.
Chapter 1: “Freight”
After the introductory cutscene, go ahead and inspect the first cabin on the left. This is the main character’s room. Open the locker and take the automatic entrance.
Chapter 2: Outbreak
Audio recording “Mahler’s Approval for the Position” (1/3)
When you first encounter the security robots in the Medical Block, look around the operating room. On the left side of the device, where you need to take the fuse, there is a record. You will also receive Dr. Caitlin Mahler’s file.
Elias’ Hope audio recording (2/3)
The next entrance can be found if you take the taser and return to the prison cells near the watchtower. In the cell where Elias was, there is a sound recording.
Ferris’ Complaints Audio (3/3)
Located near the previous entrance. Climb into the watchtower and watch the cutscene with the officer. When he leaves the room, inspect the table and make the audio recording.
Chapter 3: “Consequences”
Audio recording “Closed door” (1/7)
The first personal file in this chapter can be obtained before entering the washroom. You have to inspect the corpse in the story, so it is impossible to miss this implant. Examine the body and take the note.

Turn right at the laundry room. You enter a room with washing machines. In the back room on the left is a corpse – pick up an item for the collection.

At the same location, examine the door on the left. Climb down and run past another door. In the hallway, break the shield using sharpening and climb into the ventilation shaft. Climb down to find a secret room and a note from the head of the prison.

Follow the story to the medical block. Before you find the Power Glove, inspect the doctor’s corpse in the hallway to find a sound recording.
Hung Guard Audio (5/7)
You can’t miss this implant in the story. When Elias offers to find the elevator, you’ll find yourself in a room with hanged guards. One of them is on the floor – take the note.
Personal file (6/7)
Once at the location where you need to find the fuse, look for a small attachment. There is a monster inside and a corpse is nearby.

In the last part of the chapter, the hero will launch a huge mechanism, where he will have to survive the attack of the infected. On the second floor, where you need to put the fuses, there is a corpse.

If you release the imprisoned girl, the hero will be in her cell. After the cutscene, take the personal file from the table.

Chapter 4: “Habitable Dome”

When you reach the entrance to the tunnels you will meet an officer who will call for help. It will not be possible to save him according to the plot, but after his death you can pick up the implant.
