Need for Speed: Unbound showcased high-speed racing in a new video

Electronic Arts has released a full gameplay trailer for the upcoming racing game Need for Speed: Unbound and showed off high-speed racing in a new video.

In the upcoming arcade racing simulator, Need for Speed: Unbound from the developers at Criterion Games has shown off a brand new trailer dedicated to high speed racing. The new video lasts more than three minutes and is mainly devoted to high-speed racing competitions. The trailer also showed off the racers’ meeting places, where you can make various bets before the start of the race. In addition to lightning races, Need for Speed: Unbound includes drifting competitions, various street races and much more. The new video also revealed that players must complete qualifications within a week in order to compete in the future game’s main competition.

The new trailer for Need for Speed: Unbound showcased various locations, from the industrial sector with factories to the incredibly beautiful landscapes of skyscrapers in the residential sector. Players also have access to various kits to enhance their race cars, including rare decals and car body kit elements. In the new video, Need for Speed: Unbound again showed many cartoonish effects during the race, such as smoke, wings when flying, sparks coming from under cars when cornering and drifting. It is worth recalling that the developers will add the ability to disable all cartoon effects so that players can concentrate on the race.

Upcoming racing sim Need for Speed: Unbound will release December 2, 2022 on PS5, Xbox Series S|X, and PC. Fans of the popular NFS gaming series are very hopeful for a new game after the failure of the previous installments of Need for Speed: Payback and Need for Speed: Heat.
