How to participate in the world beyond the canvas: Greening Event

To participate in the event, players must meet the following requirements:

1. Reach Adventure Rank 30.
2. Complete the Archon quest “Escape from the Island of Rito”.
3. Complete the quest for peace “Smile”.
4. Complete Yoimiya’s Legends Quest “Gold Fish. Chapter 1” (optional).
5. Complete the Legends of Tartaglia quest “Celestial Whale. Chapter 1” (optional).

Use the function if you do not want to perform optional tasks “Quick start”. To do this, open the events menu and click on the corresponding button.

After completing all the necessary tasks and conditions, open the task log and find the quest “The world beyond the canvas: greening”.

Go to Inazuma and talk to the illustrator Asagiri. You may have met this character in previous themed events. After the conversation, the quest ends and the players can participate in the event.

For seven days, players will have access to 2 new challenges every day. We will be sure to update this guide with the release of the next challenges.

Sick Mentor

Open the events menu and go to the section “Photo album”. Here you can track new and completed challenges. Choose the first photo and study its purpose.

Photography Goals:

1. The camera covers one point.
2. The photo must be of a character.
3. The character uses the Anemo elemental ability.

Click “Shooting Locations”to open the desired location on the map. Use fast travel to the Dendro Archon statue near the Gandharva settlement.

Equip a regular or special camera in your inventory, below “Tools”.

Now you also need one of the Anemo characters. You can use any available hero, including the Traveler (Anemo). Here’s the full list of Anemo characters in Genshin Impact:

Click “Prep the Camera” and confirm the selected point on the settlement. Select “Confirm recording settings” (key “Enter” on PC), use the hero’s basic Anemo ability.

While the skill is active, press the photo button (key Z on PC).

Shadow over Luhua Lake

Go to the next attraction – Luhua Lake, in Li Yue.

Photography Goals:

1. The camera must cover two points.
2. The photo must be of a character.
3. It is necessary to use the Geo of the character.
4. The hero is in idle mode.

As in the previous challenge, you can use Traveler (Geo). To do this, you need to go to a statue of the Geo Archon in Li Yue and select the item “Resonate with Geo”.

In addition, in this test it is necessary that the hero be in idle mode. Just stop controlling the character for a few seconds. An idle animation begins – it is unique to each individual hero. At this point you need to take a picture.
