Valya Karnavali shared a training moment captured in cycling shorts, posting the photos on Instagram. The platform is owned by Meta, which has faced bans and government restrictions in Russia.
Karnavali detailed the routines behind her weight management. She reveals daily treadmill sessions that cover several kilometers. In the photos, she wears a black sport top with cycling shorts and is pictured at the gym during a vacation in Asia.
Recently, Karnavali denied claims that Ozempic was used to shed pounds. She stated that she did not take any ‘miracle pills’ or injections. She credits proper sleep for staying in shape and follows a habit of balanced eating along with regular exercise.
“Recently, I finally stopped the vicious cycle of dieting, after which you gain weight just as quickly … and even more than you lost. Now I know: I can actually eat everything, but in small or medium portions. It is also important to exercise at night and not overeat. And everything will be great!”
Karnavali rose to prominence with humorous videos on TikTok. In 2020 she launched a musical path by releasing the track “Psychushka”. In February 2022 she appeared on the second season of the show “Stars in Africa” and finished as a finalist.
Earlier, Karnavali faced criticism for a photo in a tiny bikini.
