The media team is shifting strategy with the phrase that’s on everyone’s lips. Even with Cuatro gathering confidential audience metrics every morning, the communications division leans into the format that has been offered. Diego Losada has agreed to extend his time by half an hour. Starting Wednesday, November 2, the program will air from 13:15 to 15:20.
Nacho Abad, joined by a fresh collaborative group, will steer this new chapter. The aim is to broaden the reach of live news content, with a special focus on investigative journalism and a look back at the historical threads behind current events.
Among the personalities slated to contribute next week are former police officer and lawyer Carlos Segarra; journalists Patricia Peiro from Country; Luis Fer Duran from World; Maria Jamardo from Discussion; and Monica Gonzalez, recognized as a pioneer in the field. Also joining as a lawyer and criminologist, Barbara Roy, and psychologist Ana Villarubia will be featured. These are just a few of the names expected to appear as the new shows take shape.
With this programming expansion, In Everyone’s Mouth will occupy the same time slot previously reserved for other formats, including Four Sports and High Voltage. The competition, led by Christian Galvez, recently ended its registration period after failing to attract more viewers to the slot.
In its current form, In Everyone’s Mouth debuted on the Cuatro screen in early March and has maintained a relatively steady audience share, with viewer data showing modest fluctuations over recent months.
Diego Losada’s first project at Cuatro also includes presenting a new season of the series In the Spotlight. Yet in a broader strategic move, YOTELEMediaset has opted to discontinue the reporting segment after it experienced a sharp drop in viewership and failed to rebound despite ongoing efforts.
