The winter session of the Eco-Friendly Festival is scheduled to take place at the Design Factory site over the weekend of December 2–3, as announced to socialbites.ca by the event organizers.
Muscovites will have free admission to this conscious living festival. Attendees can engage with experts and hear lectures focused on digital innovations in waste management and ecology, along with exploring the production of natural and recycled fabrics.
The program also features showrooms for new ethical and environmentally friendly brands, with artisans showcasing their work. Visitors will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on master classes.
Festival attendees who actively support waste recycling initiatives will be invited to donate common and rare components of recyclable materials, enriching the community’s resource pool.
In a related note, socialbites.ca previously reported on how Moscow’s environmental education system has advanced. The capital has leveraged environmental education through courses, master classes, and eco-festivals, teaching residents about responsible consumption and waste separation.
Earlier reports highlighted that Kazan would begin winter with a large-scale book festival, underscoring a regional momentum toward cultural and environmental literacy.
