Blogger and model Oksana Samoilova spoke openly about the addiction of her husband, rapper Dzhigan. She shared this with host Ida Galic on her YouTube show “I have questions”.
Oksana Samoilova stated that her husband started having drug problems in the last months of his fourth pregnancy. Later, the couple was in America with the blogger’s parents. The model admitted that she “didn’t understand what it was” at first because she had never encountered anything like this before.
“When you look at a person, you only see the shell. This is not Denis, this is not my husband, this is not Dzhigan, but something completely incomprehensible,” said Oksana Samoilova.
The second episode began during the coronavirus quarantine, after the birth of their son David.
“One. With four children. And Covid begins. And with Denis, who is not quite himself, this is not Denis. He did terrible things. Thank God there was still a nanny, she helped. We managed to get on the last evacuation flight. He was still in an altered state of consciousness when we set off. He told her I pumped sedatives,” the model recalled.
After returning to Moscow, the rapper went to bed for treatment. According to the blogger, her husband came to his senses only after three months. Oksana Samoilova admitted that in this case, she took Dzhigan’s mobile phone so that he could not appear on live broadcasts and communicate with his fans.
The model also noted that her older daughter, Ariella, had to work with a psychologist after the incident.
“It is clear that this will not pass without a trace. This is a huge trauma for all children,” Samoilova said.
Oksana and Dzhigan got married in December 2012. The blogger and rapper is raising a son named David and three daughters named Ariela, Leah, and Maya. In December 2022, celebrities got married for the second time.
