First you need to prepare the curd base. It will require cottage cheese, condensed milk, gelatin and tangerine puree.
“Put the curd cheese, tangerine puree, condensed milk in a water bath. Beat until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of water for 2 minutes and add it to the mixture. Stir until the gelatin is homogeneous and completely dissolved,” began Arthur Minnegaliev.
You will need cookies and butter for the crust. The cookies will need to be crushed and mixed with pre-melted butter.
“Then we move on to tangerine jam. Ingredients: sugar, tangerine slices and tangerine puree. Everything should be placed in a saucepan and boiled over low heat until it turns into jam. “It’s great,” the brand’s chief explained.
The last part is assembly.
“Place the cookie dough in a small bowl and press. Pour the curd base on top, cool the cheesecake and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Place tangerine jam on top of frozen cheesecake. Garnish with freeze-dried raspberries or fresh berries,” advises Arthur Minnegaliev.
