Two Russian national dishes – jellied meat and Yakut indigirka salad – were included in the anti-rating of the “100 worst dishes in the world” prepared by the authors of a gastronomic guide to traditional dishes from different countries Flavor Atlas.

Jellied meat and indigirka take the 31st and 67th places in this ranking. The well-known jellied meat is prepared from broth with pieces of meat, which after cooling thickens into a jelly-like mass. Indigiirka is the hallmark of Yakut cuisine; The appetizer consists of chopped frozen fish mixed with onion, butter, salt and pepper.

The first lines of the rating against food were taken by the national delicacy of Iceland, haukartl, traditional Jewish kugel (a casserole of noodles, eggs and spices coated with caramel) made from dried, semi-decomposed shark meat. The American ramen burger is a unique type of hamburger consisting of a meat patty sandwiched between two toasted buns with ramen noodles.
