A documentary project about Russian chefs is being broadcast in Kinopoisk. socialbites.ca was informed about this by the broadcast press service.

In each episode, the heroes are presented by journalist and Vogue’s first editor in Russia, Alena Doletskaya, while gastronomy experts also talk about the chefs.

“The series consists of four episodes, each dedicated to a character and his unique perspective on life, talent and gastronomy. Evgeny Vikentyev (Beluga), Anatoly Kazakov (Selfie), Georgy Troyan (Severyan) and Andrey Shmakov (SAVVA) tell about their culinary journey from the first trainee to the chef of a restaurant in Moscow,” says the project’s press release.

The producers of the project were Maxim Kuzmin, Asya Kotelnikova, Maya Kuzina and Victoria Tsyurupa. The manager of the project is Maria Em.

In February, Alena Doletskaya criticized the dessert containing Gorgonzola and passion fruit. The news formed the basis of numerous memes on social networks. After a journalist said that “gorgonzola cannot be next to passion fruit” because “gorgonzola kills all living things,” Twitter treated this statement as a manifestation of snobbery of the highest order.
