Fashion historian Alexander Vasiliev dispelled popular myths about style. He wrote this in his book telegram channel.

The expert began by warning that white isn’t always refreshing.

“It is not suitable for everyone. It all depends on your color type, and the choice of white should be conscious,” concluded the expert.

He also added that black does not make us look slimmer, but pink can be universal, so it is not just for children. Vasiliev also noted that the color red, which is often called rude, should be used in images.

“Red is the color of passion and emotion, if you know how to use it correctly,” said Vasiliev.

Alexander Vasiliev is best known as the host of the program “Fashionable Sentence”. The show ended on February 24, 2022. This was due to Channel One’s refusal to provide entertainment content. On the same day, the programs “Let’s Get Married!”, “Live Healthy” and “Evening Emergency” were taken off the air. In July, Vasiliev said that the program’s failure to return to broadcast was partly due to brands leaving the Russian market. In “Fashionable Sentence” he admitted that the one-minute ad cost the producers 60 thousand euros.
