Reddit users posted a two-minute video with storyboards and test animations of Shrek from 1996. Initially, the main character was completely different: in the video, it’s not a green-skinned ogre walking the streets, but a swamp-colored monster with crooked teeth. Reminds me of the Grinch from the movie Jim Carrey.
And even before that, proto-Shrek spoke in the voice of Chris Farley, best known for his starring role in the comedy Beverly Hills Ninja. In 1997, Farley died of a drug overdose, after which the role of Shrek was handed over to Mike Myers.

Last year Shrek turned 20 – on this occasion Universal Studios released a 4K version of the cartoon. And recently Mike Myers admitted that he would like to return to the role of an ogre.🐿 Remember the game about a squirrel using a human gun? So she got a Steam page, more gameplay and a name – Squirrel with a Gun.
- A girl with big breasts showed an exciting cosplay of Fiona from Shrek. This is what the character would look like in an adult film.
- Shrek in 4K is already available in Russia – where and how much to watch
- A fan recorded the first Shrek on a 1.44 MB floppy disk. You can watch, but it’s hard – video
