“Demna is known for both socio-political criticism and bold experiments with style. Over the years, she has consistently used her platform to discuss sensitive issues, from globalization and gender identity to the climate crisis.
In 2017, the BoF award was given to Russian model Natalia Vodianova for “her outstanding achievements in fashion and an exemplary example for the whole world”.
