Lewis Tan, who played (Cole Young) in the 2021 film adaptation of the Mortal Kombat fighting game series, showed how excited he was to take part in the film’s sequel.

There is still little official information about the Mortal Kombat 2 movie. Jeremy Slater, the creator of The Umbrella Academy, The Exorcist, and Moon Knight, is known to be responsible for the script.
By the way, previous Lewis Tan intrigued MK fans by saying that “the sequel will be absolutely crazy and much bigger than the first part.”
As for the characters who will appear in the sequel, their full list is still unknown, but given the ending of the first film, Johnny Cage will most likely appear in the film.
