A legal action has been filed against producer Yana Rudkovskaya, a development reported by a Telegram channel known as Zvezdach. The disclosure centers on civil disputes that touch business operations rather than criminal charges, highlighting ongoing commercial tensions in the industry.
According to the report, two lawsuits were brought against Posta de VIP LLC, a company founded by Rudkovskaya. The plaintiffs, Eighth Zapover LLC and Legal Protection LLC, are seeking the recovery of 155 thousand rubles. The claims indicate breaches within civil commercial relations and underscore the broader economic interactions that shape Rudkovskaya’s business activities.
As described by the Telegram channel, the lawsuits include claims directed at the online publication Posta Magazine, with Allegations that the magazine violated copyright. The case is currently under review as it proceeds through the judicial process, reflecting the evolving nature of media rights and contractual obligations in the digital age.
In October, Rudkovskaya established LLC Beauty in Details. This venture positions itself to engage in commerce spanning confectionery, beverages, perfumes, cosmetics, bakery goods, and bakery items. Alongside this, she maintains ownership of a retail network under the Grand La Scala Fashion Group banner, which features clothing from well-known brands. The enterprise traces its roots to 2003, marking a sustained presence in both fashion and retail sectors.
Since 2005, Rudkovskaya has served as producer for singer Dima Bilan, a professional partnership that has endured for many years and contributed to Bilan’s musical projects and live performances. The collaboration has formed a significant part of the creative development behind the artist’s stage presence and recordings.
On the personal side, Yana Rudkovskaya has been married to figure skater Evgeni Plushenko since 2009. The couple welcomed their son Alexander in 2013 and later, in 2020, their second son Arseny was born with the assistance of a surrogate mother. This family narrative is frequently discussed in public profiles and interviews, shaping public perception of Rudkovskaya beyond her professional endeavors.
Earlier, Blinovskaya challenged a decision made by the Federal Tax Service in court, adding another facet to the series of legal matters surrounding the family’s business and private affairs. The evolving set of cases illustrates how individuals with high public profiles navigate the intersection of entrepreneurship, family life, and public scrutiny.
