Title: We gathers its work alongside 16 creative women from diverse eras, nations, styles, and disciplines in the Studio of Cuban artist Dagoberto Rodríguez in Madrid. Among the participants, Susana Guerrero from Elche and Rosell Meseguer from Oriola contribute new works to this exhibition. The show is curated by Andrés Isaac Santana with coordination by Nayr López García.
Susana Guerrero presents three pieces that reimagine ancient mythologies through experiences of the sacred. The process is framed as an exercise in purification and an offering that invites the possibility of a miracle.
Rosell Meseguer, a multidisciplinary artist, traces a path through research across science, history, and poetry, using the exhibition to chart connections between these fields.
We They also showcase works by established figures such as Serbian artist Marina Abramović, a pivotal figure of the avant-garde; Brazilian Beth Moyses; and Spanish artist Christina Lucas, highlighting a spectrum of approaches and voices.
The exhibition is open for viewing through the upcoming Saturday.
Another collective
In addition, Susana Guerrero joins Open Studio, a Madrid-based collective. Their project Quiet Box presents a Friday opening featuring six artists, with curatorial oversight by Andrés Isaac Santana in place.
