The Weeknd Announces European Stadium Tour Stops in Spain and Beyond
The Weeknd is set to perform two concerts in Spain this upcoming Monday as part of the After Hours Til Dawn Tour. The legs in Europe will bring Abel Tesfaye to the Metropolitan Stadium in Madrid on July 18 followed by a show at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys in Barcelona two days later.
The Canadian-born artist, known for a dynamic blend of R&B, pop, and electronic sounds, will promote the new material alongside the widely celebrated Dawn FM, which arrived in early 2022. Audiences can expect a robust set that includes one of the defining tracks from the Dawn FM era as well as the iconic global hit After Hours from 2020.
Among the set list highlights is Blinding Lights, a song that maintained a top ten presence for 47 weeks in the United States and led airplay in Spain during 2020. Its enduring popularity has become a hallmark of The Weeknd’s live performances. [Cite: Promusicae]

Plans for indoor venues in key markets include the Wizink Center in Madrid and Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, where additional shows may be added to accommodate demand.
Ticket information indicates that new shows go on sale in Spain at 12 noon on Friday, December 2. A pre-sale window will be offered for fans who had tickets for the 2022 tour but were not able to attend.
In a charitable note, one euro from each ticket sold in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Latin America will be donated to the United Nations World Food Programme XO Humanitarian Fund, supporting the global hunger response. The fund aims to provide relief and resources to vulnerable communities in need.
