The Premier online cinema enhances its lineup with the new season of the series The Fool – 3, continuing the story of young life in 2023.
The platform’s press service confirms that the series will pick up the narrative from the lives of two sisters, Masha and Chris. Masha, who is blind, and her sister Chris lead lives filled with intensity and risk, each episode presenting them with challenges or traps that escalate beyond what either anticipates. In the end, it is their ingenuity and mutual devotion that help them navigate the twists life throws at them.
Returning to their sisterly roles in the project are Elizaveta Ishchenko, known for Alice Can’t Wait, and Polina Gokhman, famous for Peace! Friendship! Gum! These two performances anchor the emotional core of the series as it moves forward into new storylines.
Alongside The Fool – 3, the platform plans to roll out other 2023 offerings. Audiences will see the revived hit series Peace! Friendship! Gum! and the new season of Communication, featuring Yura Borisov, Egor Gubarev, and Valentina Lyapina, with Pavel Maykov, a familiar face from Brigade, taking a prominent role. The platform also shelves a folk horror film Territory, which explores intersections between people, demons, and shamans rooted in Komi-Permyak mythology. In addition, a slate of new titles appears for 2023, including the crime drama Kill Rita, the drama Drive featuring Oleg Menshikov, Philip Yankovsky, and Fyodor Fedotov, and the ironic drama I Loved with Svetlana Khodchenkova in a lead role.
