Reports surfaced that the production center known as Creative Workshop was liquidated by singer Stas Mikhailov due to unsatisfactory profits. The information comes from a Telegram channel named Puree.
As described by the channel, the artist filed all required liquidation papers with the Federal Tax Service by the end of 2022, and only recently did the tax authorities issue a final decision dissolving the business. The company had a 12 year run, operating across several sectors including performing arts, radio and television broadcasting, film and video production, and television programming. The year 2021, however, saw a revenue drop, with the enterprise earning 685 thousand rubles while the artist collected a total income of 5.9 million rubles for that period.
In 2011, Mikhailov publicly formalized a relationship with his partner Inna Ponomareva, who had previously been married for 15 years to footballer Andrei Kanchelskis. In a contemporaneous interview, the athlete mentioned that his ex-wife had urged him not to pursue any conflicts with the singer. Despite the difficult split, Kanchelskis asserted that such clashes never crossed his mind. The former couple share two children, Eva and Andrei.
Beyond that, Mikhailov has two children with Ponomareva: a 14-year-old daughter Ivanna and an 11-year-old daughter Maria. The artist is also involved in the upbringing of Nikita, his son from a prior marriage, and Daria, the daughter of his former lover and the singer’s cousin Valeria.
Earlier, Vlad Topalov commented on tensions with Lazarev during the era of SMASH’s popularity, illustrating how public spats and industry rivalries sometimes accompany musical success. This broader context underscores how personal and professional lives intersect in the careers of well known performers.
