The Georgian television scene buzzed around singer Irakli Pirtskhalava after reports emerged that he left his 67-year-old father, the renowned gynecologist Nikoloz Ksnelashvili, in distress during a swim to a nearby island. The rumors circulated as coverage intensified on Star Strike, a tabloid-style program known for its dramatic storytelling.
While making the crossing toward the island, Pirtskhalava forged ahead, drawing the ire of fellow participant Fatima Khadueva, who carried the role of a medium in the show’s dynamic cast.
“Did you see my father sink? What makes this all seem normal? We should be able to carry him to safety with our own arms. Breathe—this isn’t right. My daughter drifted away from the group to reach your father,” Khadueva remarked, articulating the tension that simmered beneath the surface.
According to Pirtskhalava, his speed on the water was spurred by the belief that strong performances would yield extra bonuses from the production team.
“Of course I kept an eye on what was happening. The alumni from Star Factory told me, everything is in order,” he stated, defending his actions as part of the competition’s chaos.
Back in 2004, Pirtskhalava had already pushed toward victory on The Last Hero 5: Super Game, facing a field that included stars such as Zhanna Friske, Svetlana Svetikova, Sergei Odintsov, Nikolai Drozdov, and Tatyana Dogileva, among others. The season had its share of sharp exchanges and bold promises from contestants alike.
“We will eliminate her in the first vote,” Khadueva had warned at the time, underscoring the cutthroat nature of the competition and the alliances that formed in the house.
As anticipation builds, a new season of the series was slated to begin on October 28 on TV-3, drawing attention from fans across the country who tune in for every twist and turn.
In recent days, TV presenter and singer Olga Buzova has been in the spotlight for her penchant for appearing in front of cameras and delivering performances that leave audiences hungry for more. Her presence has become a talking point among viewers who follow the pairings and backstage dynamics closely.
Earlier, Klava Coca had faced health-related scheduling issues that delayed her participation, adding to the lineup’s evolving mix and keeping fans eager for fresh episodes and new drama as filming continued to unfold.
