A music producer identified as Liana Meladze, sister to performer Valery Meladze, secured a government contract valued at 5.4 million rubles for the first time, as reported by a Telegram channel cited by Puree.
The contract, arranged with the Polar Star Cultural and Entertainment Center, requires Meladze to bring a celebrity to an event deemed of special importance in Olenegorsk, located in the Murmansk region. The performance is scheduled for August 31.
Speculation points to the artist being Marie Crimebreary, who is described as a member of Meladze’s record label and whose performance is valued at approximately 4 million rubles, aligning with the total contract value.
On June 17, reports surfaced about substantial losses at a restaurant associated with Sofia Meladze, the daughter of Valery Meladze. The business reportedly incurred losses of about 29.2 million rubles in its first year. The Omela venue opened in 2023 on Pozharsky Lane in Moscow’s Khamovniki district, with a nearby bar of the same name. It was noted that Sofia Meladze was personally involved in the project’s development and sometimes appeared at the establishment.
