He experiments with painting and tests the boundaries of what painting can be when it becomes a space for ideas to breathe and shift. The result is a show that invites viewers to engage with form as thought, and to see how memory can render flat surfaces into scenes that feel tangible and alive.

Las Cigarreras cultural center presents the immersive project We are inevitable. stories of insecurity, a collaboration with the artist Laura Marte that revisits a four-year study by the Las Kellys collective, a group of hotel workers advocating for wellbeing at work. One highlight is the Making the Bed performance, featuring two Kellys from the Marina Baixa association in Benidorm, who transform a customary hotel routine into a charged moment of visibility and debate. The piece prompts audiences to consider labor conditions, dignity, and the everyday acts that shape workplace security.
The project emerged from a call in 2022 and showcases a sequence of works by Las Cigarreras and Laura Marte. These works create open dialogues through workshops and meetings, where actions lead to conversations and conversations feed further actions. The aim is to connect artistic practice with real-life concerns, turning gallery spaces into rooms for civic reflection and shared experience. Cited: Las Cigarreras and Laura Marte collaboration
