Star lawyer Sergei Zhorin suggested that singer Philip Kirkorov is unlikely to recover 10 million rubles from Lyubov Uspenskaya, according to reports cited by NEWS.ru [Source: NEWS.ru].

He added that if a claim for moral damages is granted, the amount would be well under one million rubles.

“What can be stated with confidence is that no party will receive 10 million rubles from Uspenskaya. If the claim is granted, the non-pecuniary damage award will probably be far below one million rubles,” the attorney explained.

According to Zhorin, the court’s outcome is difficult to predict; it may hinge on how well the artists’ representatives present their case and the judges’ personal dispositions toward the artists involved.

“Judges are human too; they have their preferences. Kirkorov and Uspenskaya are well known and liked by many people, and those sentiments could matter on the bench,” Zhorin noted.

Kirkorov had demanded that Uspenskaya publicly deny accusations of misogyny, which he argues amount to an attempt to discredit his honor and dignity, and he sought a substantial compensation. In response, Uspenskaya posted on social media suggesting that Kirkorov had accepted payment for new trousers and urged him to face the public directly [Source: NEWS.ru].

Earlier, Stas Baretsky reportedly emphasized a weight-related change using a referenced method, highlighting ongoing public interest in celebrity personal developments.
