Philip Kirkorov Drops From Golden Gramophone Poster Amid Party Controversy

Philip Kirkorov has been removed from the Golden Gramophone award poster, according to the event’s press service cited by Fontanka. The musicians representatives confirmed that the performer would not attend the ceremony.

In the previous year Kirkorov served as the presenter of Golden Gramophone, and he also appeared on this year’s promotional poster. Yet after the publicized party hosted by blogger Nastya Ivleeva, the artist was cut from the poster and did not make it onto the final guest list.

Earlier in January, a short clip featuring Kirkorov appeared in the series Matchmakers, aired by the Dom Kino channel. As the year drew toward its end, the singer was also removed from several holiday performances and took part in the film Ivan Vasilyevich Changes Everything only after notable shifts in his public engagements.

Kirkorov’s involvement in various television projects and publicity events intensified following coverage of his attendance at a high profile party described by many as nearly nude. The event, which took place on December 20, 2023, drew guests including Ksenia Sobchak, Lolita Milyavskaya, Olga Orlova, Dzhigan, Oksana Samoilova, and Dima Bilan. The blogger behind the event and several participants later issued apologies for joining the party. The incident sparked discussions about media responsibility and the impact of such appearances on public image.

Details about Kirkorov’s finances and overall professional standing have also surfaced in interviews and statements from his representatives, reflecting the evolving nature of celebrity itineraries in the public eye. (Fontanka)
