Yaroslav Mogilnikov, who portrayed Yeralash in the series The Boy’s Word, spoke about Nikita Kologrivy’s remarks regarding his fellow cast members during an interview with Karen Adamyan. Mogilnikov acknowledged that, when listening to the interview, it’s clear there wasn’t a direct attempt to insult the team. Yet the language used carried a heat that left a mark on those involved. In Mogilnikov’s view, the situation has a certain myth-making edge to it now, likening Kologrivy’s criticisms to a legendary figure in folklore and referring to it with a touch of frustration.

The actor clarified that he did not grasp how seriously Kologrivy spoke about his former colleagues while on the series. He described the remarks as surreal in nature and noted that his discussions with Kologrivy weren’t limited to a private exchange. Mogilnikov recalled that on set, Kologrivy could be welcoming and congenial, taking an active interest in the careers and affairs of the less experienced teammates who were still finding their footing in the industry.

In December, Kologrivy made comments about the industry’s compensation norms, arguing that artists should not be paid large sums merely to perform. He suggested that crafting a simple love ballad could be done easily by someone comfortably seated in Bali. He also spoke of a friend who worked as a rescuer, noting that this friend earned a salary of 45 thousand rubles a month while performing dangerous and demanding duties such as vehicle rescue and saving people from fires.

In earlier moments, Kirkorov and Bask reportedly introduced new nicknames for themselves in connection with these discussions. [Source: Karen Adamyan interview]
