Actress Olga Prokofieva, celebrated for her portrayal of Zhanna Arkadievna in the television series My Fair Nanny, was honored with the title People’s Artist of Russia. The award was announced by an official portal that publishes legal information.
The decree bestowing the title was signed by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. Alongside Prokofieva, the honor was conferred upon Gleb Podgorodinsky of the Maly Theater, Vladislav Vetrov, and Viktor Nizovoy of the Sovremennik Theater, among others, in recognition of their contributions to Russian art and culture.
Singer Stas Mikhailov received the corresponding title for his significant contributions to the development of musical art. In addition to the popular hitmaker of Everything for You, violinist Vadim Repin and cellist Alexander Knyazev were also awarded regalia as part of the same ceremony.
My Fair Nanny, the series in which Prokofieva shines, aired from 2004 to 2009. The storyline centers on Zhanna Arkadyevna, who serves as the financial director for producer Maxim Shatalin, guiding the financial and production directions of the project with leadership and precision.
