Recent television news has brought fresh allegations surrounding the well-known actor Pavel Derevyanko. A new statement accusing him of fraud has surfaced, reported by RT and other outlets, adding to the legal scrutiny the actor faces.

In the latest development, a plaintiff identified as Zhanna Y. is seeking more than 22 million rubles from the actor. The court has yet to determine the legitimacy of this demand, and the case has entered a phase where financial documents and credibility will be closely examined.

The actor’s defense, led by lawyer Evgeniy Rosenblatt, contends that Derevyanko did not receive any of the claimed funds from Zhanna Y. The defense notes a lack of documentary proof, with no receipts or other verifiable evidence presented by the plaintiff to substantiate the allegations.

As part of the judicial process, the court granted a request submitted by Derevyanko’s counsel to gather additional evidence. This step is aimed at clarifying the factual record and assessing the financial transactions and relationships involved in the case.

There are plans to scrutinize Zhanna Y.’s tax returns and to investigate whether there are balances in her bank accounts that could be relevant to the dispute. Authorities may also verify whether she has crossed international borders, which could have implications for the case’s jurisdiction and context.

Earlier reports indicated that a criminal case had been opened against the actor based on a complaint from an entrepreneur who alleged significant fraud. The accusation centers on a large-scale fraud scheme, though official findings have not yet established guilt or liability.

Prior to these developments, Derevyanko pursued a civil action against a crypto company connected to a partner who allegedly misappropriated 45 million rubles from him. The case underscores Derevyanko’s broader engagement with complex financial disputes in the public eye.

In a separate note, another public figure, singer Katya Lel, has made a controversial statement suggesting that aliens played a role in preventing a nuclear conflict. This claim has drawn media attention but remains outside the core legal matters affecting Derevyanko’s current proceedings.
