According to the channel, three musicians are slated to perform using the recorded voice of Viktor Tsoi. The lineup includes Yuri Kasparyan, Alexander Titov, and Igor Tikhomirov. The writers note that the grant application was submitted through the Presidential Cultural Initiatives Fund on behalf of the production company OptiMus.
The artists named in the application plan to perform in naval base cities as part of a program described as the “Cinema and Navy” tour. The tour is expected to visit St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Severomorsk, Sevastopol, Vladivostok, and Astrakhan, as indicated in the proposal.
The application characterizes Kino as a “patriotic band” that will highlight unity in society, bolster morale, and deliver music and energy that recall a time when spirituality was a central symbol for many listeners.
OptiMus is also presenting the artist SHAMAN, whose real name is Yaroslav Dronov, with credits attributed to Kirill Oreshkin and Maxim Dmitriev.
