Patricia Pardo Co. was established in 2007 and interfaces traditional circus storytelling with contemporary stage language. Alongside directing and performing, Pardo has embraced playwriting and theater pedagogy, which have informed a distinctive artistic voice across her works and collaborations. Her projects have earned recognition from major institutions and festivals, including the Navarra Awards for theater contributions, the Max Navarra Award, the Artistic Creation Award from the AAPV, and distinctions at the Huesca International Theater and Dance Fair, among others. Over the years, Pardo has received accolades for her leadership and creative direction. In 2005 she was honored with the Max Reward for the stage direction of a work created with Ximo Vidal for the Pluja Theater Company. She later earned honorable mentions for Best Commentary and Best Tragicomic Work at an international summit held in the Americas, recognizing her ability to fuse storytelling with theatrical experimentation. The writer, director, and performer has also contributed as a writer and co-creator on collaborative commissions, earning continued acknowledgement for her contributions to collaborative creation in theater for young audiences.
