Samoilova stated that they do not intend to slash the price further, insisting that the current price is already fair and aligned with market conditions. At present, the couple is not rushing to conclude the sale and appears comfortable waiting for the right offer. Media coverage suggests that the mansion is currently under a mortgage tied to Dzhigan. The property features a fireplace, a home cinema, a dining room, a gym, a Turkish bath, four bedrooms each with private dressing rooms and bathrooms, and an attached guesthouse. Reports on the star’s movements date back to early 2024.
