Perfect Festival

When: 11-12 June
Where: Petersburg, Revolution Highway, 84AB

In 2022 St. Petersburg welcomed the youngest festival at the Museum of Street Art. Three thematic stages hosted the rise of a new generation of musicians. Anacondaz, Kitty Kitty, Wildways and Mukka from Drive took the stage, with Dora, Komsomolsk, Zoloto and Sirotkin from Romantika and Molodost curating the “Normally!”, “Papin’s”, Olympos, and Funeral Services lineups along with Ploho and others bringing fresh sounds to the scene.

SAM.FEST

When: 11-12 June
Where: Samara, Solidarity Samara Arena stadium

This summer marks the first SAM.FEST in Samara, promising strong support for emerging talents. Presented as a writerly music festival, it invites poets and composers to participate. Special guests include Vyacheslav Butusov, The Hatters, Slava Marlow, IOWA, Sergey Bobunets, Oleg Mityaev, Artemiev and VLNY.

At the 21st Stereoleto International Music Festival, top national stars share the stage with rising artists. On June 12, The Hatters, Zhanna Aguzarova, Give a Tank!, Shortparis, IOWA, Dead Blonde, Lucidvox, Super Collection Orchestra, Rewind, Zarya, Makodzeba, Stereotypes, Space on the Ceiling, Mika Vino perform alongside Rainy Season, BLIZKEY and no, what are you. On June 13, Leonid Agutin, Manizha, SQWOZ BAB, Nike Borzov, Pompeya, Boy, AVIA, Zhvaka Galz, Dictaphone, Harajiev Smokes Virginia, Constellation Cut, Stereopolyna, Underground, Seven Blades, OMY, UBEL, Forest Tiger Friend, Owl Helper and a Videotape of Your Parents take the stage.

Wild Mint

When: June 17-19, June 24-26
Where: Bunyrevo village, Tula region

The independent open-air Wild Mint spans two weekends. Tickets for the first night – Wild Mint. Green – are sold out. The second edition, Wild Mint. Violet, runs from June 24-26 and features Antokha MS, Dolphin, RSAC, IOWA, Neuromonakh Feofan, AIGEL and many more on the bill.

Ural Music Night

When: June 24
Where: Yekaterinburg

The largest festival in Yekaterinburg fills the city center with concerts in clubs, cafes, parks, lanes and squares. Headliners include MakSim, Tatyana Ovsienko, VIA Pesnyary, Kurara and Nike Borzov on prominent stages. Organizers expect more than 2,000 performers, with a dedicated app to help attendees navigate routes around the city.

Dobrofest

When: 30 June – 3 July
Where: Yaroslavl, Levtsovo airport

The Russian rock gathering Dobrofest brings together generations of musicians, with Slot, Psyche and Yorsh joining No Cosmonauts, GOODTIMES and kis-kis. The festival also offers guests the option to host informal wedding ceremonies on-site.

Hot Moscow Festival

When: 8-9 July
Where: Moscow, Otkrytie Bank Arena stadium

Hot Moscow Fest unfolds at Spartak’s home stadium, transforming into a sprawling outdoor city with 11 zones devoted to sports, music, food, cinema, technology, art and more. While top Russian pop stars are teased for future signings, the event promises star-studded performances and immersive experiences.

Fly Away

When: 14-17 July
Where: Udmurtia, Sarapulsky district, Lagunovo village

The Fly Away program highlights major Russian heavy music acts including Spleen, Lumen, Crematorium, Louna, Alisa, Aria, Refining, Anacondaz, Gorshenev, Medvezhiy Ugol and about 200 artists. Neuromonakh Feofan serves as the festival’s leading performer for its 15th anniversary.

VK Festival

When: July 23-24
Where: Petersburg, Moscow, Sochi

After two years of cancellations, VK Fest returns in three cities. In St. Petersburg’s 300th Anniversary Park, Moscow’s Gorky Park, and Sochi’s Sirius Education Center, audiences can expect Basta, Yegor Creed, Slava Marlow, The Hatters, Zivert, Wildways, NILETTO, JONY, Marie Kraymbreri, Elka, Dzharakhov, Vanya Dmitrienko, Gayazovs Brothers and others. The venues host performances, Q&As with stars and bloggers, and a variety of themed zones.

Where: Krasnodar Territory, Temryuksky district, Golubitskaya village

Kipelov, Lumen, Louna, Naive, Epidemic, Psyche, Outcast, Grima, Srub, Yermak and many more artists. Taman is billed as a rare destination where seaside relaxation blends with vibrant youth music and culture.

Siberian Wind

When: 12-14 August
Where: Biysk, Altai Territory

Biysk Airport hosts the first international festival, Siberian Wind, over three days. The lineup features Monsters, Spleen, Vadim Samoilov, with Aria, Nike Borzov, Louna, Animatsiya, Slot, Mukka, Kitty Kitty, Daddy’s Olympos and others joining the roster.

Tavrida.ART

When: 15-19 August
Where: Crimea, Sudak, Kapsel Bay

For the fourth year, Tavrida.ART gathers creative youth from across the country in a Black Sea coastal bay. Each year, top pop and rock acts appear, from Polina Gagarina and Dima Bilan to Diana Arbenina and Sergey Shnurov. In June, organizers promise a lineup featuring equally starry names.

Where: Nikola-Lenivets Art Park, Kaluga Region

Signal stands as Russia’s leading electronic festival, returning for a sixth run. The full program will be announced closer to the event, but the roster already promises over a hundred artists along with installations, audio-visual performances and art objects. Open calls are posted for camps. May will bring sub-events from Odyssey, Roots United, Popoff Kitchen, Monasterio, Radi Mira i Lubvi and Haze.

Chernozem

When: August 19
Where: Voronezh, Chernozem Park

On the evening of August 19, top rock acts appear near Voronezh, including DDT, Splin, Vyacheslav Butusov, Bi-2 and others. A tent camp with full amenities and free parking adds to the guest experience.
