Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny tops the list with 23 nominations, including Artist of the Year and Album of the Year for A Summer Without You, as announced by the organizing body on Thursday. The awards cover 58 categories across major Latin music genres such as Latin Pop, Tropical, Latin Rhythm, and Regional Mexican.

The show is set to unfold at the Watsco Center in Coral Gables, near Miami. Billboard describes it as an event that honors the most popular albums, songs, and artists in Latin music.

Bad Bunny’s nominations reflect his album A Summer Without You, with nods in Best Latin Album of the Year and Latin Rhythm Album of the Year. The project’s singles including Me Porto Aun, Titi Asked Me, Ojitos Lindos, and Party earn nominations for Hot Latin Song of the Year and Streaming Song of the Year.

Colombian artist Carol G appears as a finalist 15 times, contending in categories such as Artist of the Year, Best Latin Album of the Year, and Latin Rhythm Album of the Year for KG0516. The track Mamiii, a collaboration with Becky G, also secures multiple nominations in categories like Streaming Song and Latin Pop Song of the Year, along with Best Latin Song of the Year and Latin Airplay Song of the Year.

Carol G expands her presence with ten nominations in several categories, including Hot Latin Songs Artist of the Year, Fémina, and Best Latin Albums Artist of the Year, driven by the success of Mamiii and other hits as part of her broader catalog.

Becky G joins the conversation with 11 nominations, highlighting her collaboration with Bad Bunny and recognition in major categories such as Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Song of the Year. Other prominent nods include Best Latin Album of the Year and Best Latin Song categories tied to her recent work.

Farruko, also Puerto Rican, is listed with 11 nominations and competes against Bad Bunny for several top awards, including Artist of the Year and Hot Latin Song of the Year, along with Best Latin Album of the Year for his project 167.

Raww Alexander is noted as a ten-time finalist, with nominations across Artist of the Year, Hot Latin Songs, Masculino, Best Latin Albums of the Year, and Latin Rhythm Album of the Year for his body of work, including Backwards.

In the tropical music segment, a Dominican-American bachata group earns seven nominations, competing for Tropical Artist of the Year and Duo or Group of the Year while receiving multiple mentions for collaboration like I’m back, a successful team-up with Bad Bunny in the bachata space.

The Regional Mexican category sees Eslabón Armado leading with six nominations, contending for Regional Mexican Artist of the Year, Duo or Group, and Hot Latin Songs of the Year, thanks to albums Nostalgia and Tu Veneno Mortal, Vol. 2.

Other artists with multiple nominations include Chencho Corleone, J Balvin, and Marc Anthony with five; Sebastian Yatra with four; Enrique Iglesias, Ivan Cornejo, Kali Uchis, and Rosalía with three; and Bomba Estéreo, Carin León, Carlos Vives, Jhayco, Junior H, Los Bukis, Maluma, Maná, Marco Borrero, Romeo Santos, Skrillex, Tainy, and Yaritza y su Esencia with two nominations each.

The gala coincides with Billboard Latin Music Week, held in Miami from September 26 to October 1, mirroring last year’s schedule. Billboard emphasizes the celebration of Latin music, culture, and entertainment with special presentations, conversations, workshops, and fan experiences.
