Russian comedian Garik Oganisyan was not allowed to enter Georgia, where he was supposed to give several concerts. The artist himself announced this on his Twitter page.
According to Hovhannisyan, he briefed the Georgian border guards about the planned concerts and said that he has a six-month lease for an apartment in Georgia. “I should have said that I was friends with Mgzavrebi, maybe that would work. Or that Khvichi admired his game against Liverpool yesterday,” jokes Oganisyan.
Former journalist Ksenia Sobchak saidAt the airport of Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, people with Russian passports are being examined selectively. According to the journalist, upon arrival in Georgia, the Russians are “withdrawn” and taken to a separate room where “three very smart people” are sitting. Sobchak noted that these representatives were not Georgians, but people with good English, “obviously native speakers”. These people ask very detailed questions: Where does the person come from, where is he going, where does he live in Russia, where will he live in Georgia, where does he work and what is his income?
