300 amateur chefs compete to make the Mediterranean’s best rice

300 amateur chefs will participate in the qualifying rounds of this competition, which started in Petrer last weekend and will continue in the coming weeks. The grand final will be held in Alicante Gastronómica and will be measured against 10 participants in the adult category (September 24) and 10 other competitors in the juvenile category (September 25), who will emerge from the five qualifying rounds.
