American singer and musician Billy Joel has completed the search for a buyer for one of his mansions after a multimillion-dollar sale, six years later New York Post (NYP).
The publication notes that the proceeds from the transaction have not yet been disclosed, but the mansion was recently put up for sale at a discount of $15 million.
Joel purchased the property in 2015 for $22.1 million and put it up for sale three years later. The musician initially valued his Florida estate at $33 million, but by 2022 he had raised the value to almost $65 million and then quickly began dropping the price tag.
According to the latest information, the mansion was allegedly sold for $49.9 million.

The total area of the territory is 10.5 hectares. The musician initially purchased 5.6 hectares, but later bought neighboring lands, restoring the original version of the land from the 1950s.
