Russian actors Lidiya Fedoseeva-Shukshina, Elena Kondulainen and Alexander Pashutin, who own real estate in Finland, may lose it due to debts on electricity bills, but some are not afraid of it. In this regard reports kp.ru.
As Yulia Verbitskaya-Linnik, a lawyer representing Fedoseeva-Shukshina’s interests, said, the actress is hardly against taking away her apartment in Finland. This property was given to her by a fan of Finnish citizenship.
However, the actor, who received large sums of receipts for the repair and maintenance of the housing stock, realized that for himself it was cheaper to come and live in five-star hotels than to manage part of a residential building and pay taxes, security and utilities bills.
The lawyer explained that housing in this format is cheap, but for several years the bills can be paid many times more than the cost of the apartment.
Fedoseeva-Shukshina will not pay her debts; after the apartment is confiscated, its new owner, the Finnish state, will pay the debt.
The Finnish Ministry of Defense prepared a bill the other day that would ban Russians from real estate transactions. The document is scheduled to be submitted to parliament for discussion before the end of the year. Exceptions will be made for Russians with permanent residence or Finnish citizenship.
Earlier Fedoseeva-Shukshina’s daughter Olga reportedHe said he was unable to get into his mother’s apartment in Finland to take his belongings because the borders were closed.
