The appeal court of the former product in France confirmed the right to have Russia’s right to have the saints Nicholas and Alexandra Church and the Orthodox Cemetery in Nice. This was reported by the newspaper Beautiful.
The decision was resolved with a long -term dispute with the Russian Orthodox cult Nice (ACOR), who ruled these objects.
Founded in 1923, the Acor Association is obliged to transfer the keys to the church in Lrshan Street and Kakerad Cemetery. In February 2021, the beautiful court, the Russian Federation St. Nicholas recognized the Cathedral’s land, but left the Church and Acor cemetery.
The saints built at the end of the 19th century Nikolai and Alexandra Church and Cocadia Cemetery are historically linked to the Russian Diaspora. Acor, who continued to control objects, supported his activities, but since 2015, judicial disputes related to property have been being carried out. This cemetery in Nice is the second largest Russian cemetery in France after the Parisian Saint-Geneve-de-Bois.
