Lawyer Lyubov Uspenskaya said in a conversation with Elena Senina: “Channel Five”said that the preliminary hearing regarding the singer’s claim against her colleague Philip Kirkorov was successful for them.
“All our requests to add documents to the case materials, clarify the allegations and question the witnesses were accepted. “We achieved everything we wanted to achieve in today’s hearing,” the lawyer said.
Senina explained that the court postponed the hearing until September 23. According to the lawyer, Uspenskaya’s main goal is to protect her own honor and to ensure that Kirkorov’s words, who called his colleague a beggar, are refuted.
“He demanded a public denial from Kirkorov. That is, he gives this denial on all official channels available to him. And compensation for moral damage,” the lawyer said.
Senina explained that the clause on compensation for moral damage is not very important. Uspenskaya demands 10 million rubles from Kirkorov.
“This amount is justified by only one thing: similar demands made to him by Philip Kirkorov,” Senina explained.
