Colleagues and friends of the artist said in a conversation with the publication that Kungurov had senestopathy, a mental condition characterized by the feeling of unusual physical or emotional symptoms. People suffering from this condition may experience discomfort, pain, or numbness in different parts of the body, which can lead to an anxiety disorder.
“Evgeniy was actually being treated in a psychiatric hospital last year. But he was also in the mix; “He was in high demand in his field and was making money,” said the artist’s unnamed colleague.
He explained that Kungurov had no problems at work, only personal problems and was treated by official doctors and osteopaths.
