Mosfilm film company has begun shooting a film about the Russian special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine. This was reported by RIA News It’s about the general director of the film, Karen Shakhnazarov.
According to him, two scripts are currently being developed but they are still in the early stages.
“One thing is that shooting is starting now,” Shakhnazarov said.
The director noted that he could not announce the name of the new project yet. He only said that the project was connected to the Northern Military District. It will probably be ready in the fall of this year.
In Moscow in February this year took place The first screening of the movie “20/22”, which is the first feature film dedicated to the events of a special military operation and shot in the region where the operation took place, was premiered.
The presentation of the film was made by a film crew led by director Andrei Simonov, producer Andrei Kretov and leading actors Aristarkh Venes and Daria Kukarskikh.
