French prosecutors launched an investigation into the weapons seized in the villa of 88-year-old actor Alain Delon. About reports this Parisian.
In total, the gendarmerie seized 72 firearms and more than 3 thousand bullets from Alain Delon’s villa in Douchy (Loiret region).
These are small arms and collectible weapons, especially categories A and B. However, the actor did not have a permit allowing him to own a firearm.
It was learned that the actor was checked for illegal weapons acquisition and possession. Investigators found a shooting range on the territory of the villa.
After another investigation was launched due to the disagreement in the artist’s family and concerns about his health, the villa was searched.
“My client is greatly concerned to learn that Alain Delon was being held with a gun nearby without medical attention,” said Yasin Bouzru, the lawyer of Delon’s friend Hiromi Rollin.
