The international project “Russian Seasons” will be held for the first time in Oman in 2025. In this respect reported Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Olga Lyubimova referred to the results of her meeting with Said bin Sultan al-Busaidi, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth of Oman, on her Telegram channel.
A series of events will be organized to mark the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Oman.
“Our artists are loved and welcomed in Oman. We are preparing a program that includes trips to eminent theaters, exhibitions of important museums, educational events, master classes and a children’s program,” said Lyubimova.
The parties also discussed the issue of partnership in the field of libraries. Lyubimova said that it is planned to organize book exchanges, roundtable meetings and cultural events for young people, and that Russia will help Oman in the restoration of book monuments.
Oman’s Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth was also invited to participate in the United Cultures Forum, while the country’s youth, Lyubimov, was also invited to the third Children’s Cultural Forum.
