Boris Grachevsky’s widow, Ekaterina Belotserkovskaya, refused to comment on the loss of the Yeralash production center. This was reported by mk.ru.
Belotserkovskaya admitted that she was “very tired” in the last three years, so she did not want to comment on the incident.
Belotserkovskaya’s lawyer said that the director’s widow plans to appeal to the Moscow City Court regarding the initial claim of Yeralash LLC.
The lawyer said, “We will wait for the text of the court decision and decide whether to object or not based on what is written.”
In 2011, Grachevsky signed a loan agreement with the Yeralash production center in the amount of 10 million rubles with interest paid at an annual rate of 8.5% for a period of 10 years. He never had time in his life to pay off his debt in full. After the director passed away in 2021, the remainder of the debt was left to his heirs. However, Grachevsky’s widow and daughter did not pay for it.
Production center “Yeralash” in January sent Claim against Belotserkovskaya and Aleeva-Grachevskaya.
