The Russian adaptation of the Turkish TV series “Kapımı Çal” will be released in the Okko online cinema on February 12. This was reported by “Film Distributor’s Bulletin”.
The plot will focus on the characters of Sergei and Sasha. The heroes make a deal where the girl is forced to pretend to be the man’s new passion in order to get a job at a successful company. The film was directed by Vsevolod Aravin. Actress Liana Griba will portray the main character Sasha (Eda Yıldız in the original) and Nikita Volkov will portray Sergei (Serkan Bolat).
The cast also includes: Alexandra Tulinova, Yulia Serina, Ekaterina Shumakova, who will play the friends of the main character. The star of the series “Scouts” Maxim Belborodov played the role of the enemy, and Vlad Sokolovsky played the friend of the main character. Igor Zhizhikin will play Sergei’s father. The actor believes the showrunners can create a project that will appeal to both fans of the original and new viewers.
Turkish TV series “Kapımı Çal” consists of two seasons, it was released in 2020 and 2021. The series was watched in 85 countries around the world.
